Returns, Refunds & All Sales Final Policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL By placing an order with South Florida Sluts, you explicitly agree to the terms of this policy. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products due to "buyer's remorse," sizing issues, or changes of mind.

2. EXCEPTIONS: DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY We take quality control seriously. You are only entitled to a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrived verifiable damaged.

• The item received was incorrect (wrong size/color/design sent by us vs. what was ordered).

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

How to File a Claim for Defects: You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Claims made after this window will be denied.

• Required Proof: You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

3. HYGIENE & HEALTH REGULATIONS Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, strictly enforced health and hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting returns on used or opened merchandise. Any item returned to us without prior authorization will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

4. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS (Important)

• Transfer of Responsibility: Ownership of packages turns over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) once the package is scanned into their system.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & COLOR ACCURACY We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Slight variations in color or design do not qualify as a "Product Not As Described" defect and are not grounds for a refund.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES We take chargeback fraud seriously.

• Fraudulent Claims: If a customer initiates a chargeback for a valid transaction (e.g., claiming "Item Not Received" when tracking shows delivered, or "Not as Described" for non-defective items), we will submit this policy, the delivery proof, and the IP address/timestamp of the order to the bank as evidence.

• Ban: Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from making future purchases.
